The appropriate packaging of frozen products allows for an easier transportation, protects the content and preserves the quality and aroma. In an adequate packaging freshly sliced products will remain fresh for a longer period of time and they will taste good if packaged in perforated foil or MAP packaging (Modified Atmosphere Packaging).
